Cinderella by SeaStar books and Illustrated by K Y Craft
This rendition of Cinderella fit in with my Ap European studies. It focused on a Renaissance or post Renaissance French style. Very detailed and beautiful illustrations. My nieces absolutely loved the dresses and details in all the pictures. This story put more detail into the fairy godmother. Earlier in the story Cinderella took some time to care for an injured bluebird. In turn later the bluebird turned into the Fairy and helped Cinderella in her time of need. Another cool thing I am seeing in the books is the account of more than one ball. This story also had the lizards in it. Cinderella (published: 2000)
